FAQ

+ What is your cancellation policy?

Tickets are non-refundable and only valid for the date and time they are purchased for. If you can't attend the show, you can re-sell or gift your tickets. We would be happy to change the name on the reservation to match the name of the new attendees upon notification.

+ Do I need to print out and bring a ticket to get in?

No. You can certainly bring your ticket in paper or electronic format (mobile device) but showing a state-isued id will be enough to check in.

+ Will you be selling tickets at the door?

No. All ticket sales will be done online.

+ Is there parking at the event? If not, is there a nearby facility in which to park?

The Boston Common Garage (Charles Street) is just a short walk away from the Hampshire House. All guests are eligible for a discounted rate upon validation of their parking ticket at the venue's front desk. In addition, street parking is sometimes available on Beacon Street and adjacent streets.

+ Is there public transportation to the event?

Yes. Arlington Street, Park Street, and Charles Street stations are a short walk away. Please check both the weather forecast and specific distances on Google Maps when planning your trip.
